Hi-Tech MISL

MISL has a vision of being a local brand leader in the industries it serves. One of the key vehicle to reach this target is to use the advanced technology. Our statement for this objective is "MISL will use the latest and the greatest technology available to serve its customers and principals". In order to update you on what we have accomplished so far:

  • We started with a paperless office about 20 years ago when the concept of computers was still in its infancy and we had the very initial connections of internet which were primarily based on text. This is how we all communicated within our offices and with our few principals who had emails and Internet. From that day onwards one of the major expenses in our company is the capacity for building and harnessing the newest technology which of course means spending a lot of money buying the fastest computers every month.

 Using technologies like CRM, both hosted in the cloud and on local servers within our organization. Building various program integration with our CRM and tying it up with accounts, HR, Asset Management etc. This and a lot more has been achieved mostly by internal resources in the company.
  • Data warehouse and electronic paper storage were some of the models for us to go and which we have achieved and now going beyond that.

 Remote back-ups and integrating the applications with hand held devices is of course the thing of the future and of course this has been very much implemented within the company. Other areas which are now underway is a call center and a help line which should be in place within this year.
  • We have in-house developed website which consists of more than 1400 pages of information and it is growing. It is a live web and not a dead one as work is done on it almost every day

 We have worked on some of the most important things, this includes our TRACE International Certification. We believe in ethical practices and we worked with the TRACE International for transparency in our work.
