DP Micro Corrector IMCW2 PTZ-DP

The only patented solution for meter health monitoring, the Dresser Differential Pressure (DP) Micro Corrector is an integrated solution which provides the gateway for reduced operational expenses and lower carbon emissions.
The Differential Pressure (DP) Micro Corrector uses continuous monitoring of the differential pressure drop across the meter to monitor your meter’s health, alerting you to conditions which may affect meter accuracy, and by default, lost revenue.
Revolutionizing Traditional Operations
Monitoring a meter’s differential pressure revolutionizes traditional operations and maintenance practices. Instead of regularly scheduled meter site visits, companies can monitor the meter’s health and perform maintenance only as required. Companies can also benefit from the additional peace of mind that expected operations continue well after the technician has left the site.
Dresser Gas meters ETC Index Delivers Accurate Temperature Compensation
The Dresser Electronic Temperature Compensator (ETC) is a direct replacement alternative for the existing Dresser mechanical Temperature Compensating (TC) indexes on Dresser Series B and Series A (LM-MA) meters.
The simple, easy to read ETC index provides accurate and reliable temperature and fixed factor pressure compensation. Dresser Natural Gas Solutions offers factory installation of the index, optional customization and configuration as well as installation of Automated Meter Reading (AMR) endpoints. The ETC is powered by a lithium battery with an average battery life of 20 years, and stores 150 days of hourly measurement data safely in the on-board non-volatile memory.

Temperature Compensated (TC, TD, SSP)
Accessory Unit for Dresser Series B3 Meters
A mechanical computer and a spiral bi-metallic thermocouple (probe) in a sealed temperature well at the meter inlet perform temperature compensation on meter sizes 8C-16M. Series 3 TC Units give remedied gas volume readings to a 60˚F (15˚C) base temperature for readout in Standard Cubic Feet (SCF) or Typical meters cubed (Nm3) between streaming temperatures of – 20˚F and +120˚F (- 29˚C and + 49˚C).

Dresser B3 Gas Meters with Solid State Pulser

The Dresser B3 Meter with Solid State Pulser produces low recurrence beats which address volumetric data essential for distant information assortment units. Mechanical switches are eliminated and high reliability is supported by solid state construction. There is no need for a battery and no maintenance.
With the dual connector option, you can use one connector for your AMR system and another for your customer. These pulsers are accessible for our Series B3 (Life-Lubed™) meters and Series A1 (LM-Mama) meters.

gas Meters installation
Dresser meters can be installed in either a Top Inlet (vertical gas flow) or a Side Inlet (horizontal gas flow) configuration. The preferred installation is top inlet in a vertical pipeline with gas flowingdownward. Although the design of the impellers tends to make the meter self-cleaning, top inlet mounting enhances the ability to pass dirt, pipe scale, or other debris through the meter. Piping should be rigid and properly aligned. The meter does not require any direct means of support. However, the piping might need support to eliminate any piping strains which may cause the meter to bind.
Another recommendation is to install the meter with a bypass adjacent to the main line. Additionally, the installation of tees upstream and downstream\ of the meter will help facilitate transfer proving or other types of testing with the meter still mounted in the pipeline.
Do not install the meter lower than the discharge pipe run to avoid accumulation of condensate or foreign materials in the metering chamber. Use a Gasket style, Y-type, or some other kind of strainer upstream of the meter to help remove foreign matter (pipe sealant, tape, weld slag, etc.) from the gas stream. A 100 Mesh screen is recommended for any strainer used.
The installation of a lubricated gas valve directly before a meter is not recommended, as excess valve lubricant may stop impeller rotation.
If over-speed conditions could occur, a restricting flow orifice plate should be installed 2 to 4 pipe diameters downstream of the meter outlet. Please Contact Dresser NGS representative MISL for sizing, pricing and availability.
GENERAL INFO
Pakistan has the biggest net work of Petroleum gas Pipeline. Pipeline extending from the port city of Karachi to the city of Kasur in Punjab, Pakistan. It is a 1,100 km long task which is shrunk by the Pakistani government to be worked by Russia
The transmission network of SSGC includes over 4,143 kilometers of high-pressure pipeline with diameters ranging from 12 inches to 42 inches.Through a 48,254-kilometer distribution network, about 3.21 million industrial, commercial, and residential customers received approximately 343,664 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) of gas in FY 2020-21. Under license from M/s, SSGC operates its own meter manufacturing plant (MMP), the only one of its kind in South East Asia. Itron, France. The plant produces G-4 and G-1.6 meters for local use and some for export to foreign buyers. During FY 2020-21, MMP created 222,390 G-1.6 and 230,624 G-4 gas meters. SSGC operates 24 Customer Facilitation Centers (CFCs) in Sindh and Balochistan to answer customers’ gas-related questions and provides first-rate customer service through a well-balanced combination of technology and human interaction.
From Sui in Baluchistan to Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the SNGPL Pipelines expand, adding more than 9,131 kilometers of transmission system.
