GASKETED TYPE

Gasketed type Heat Exchangers are the highest number of plate type heat exchangerproduced in the world. These are used for applications where temperature is under 200 Deg Cand Pressure is upto 25 bar. This covers the bulk of the heat exchanger market.

SEMI WELDED TYPE

Semi Welded Type is of laser-welded plate pairs for refrigerant and chemical processing. These pairs are particularly suitable for evaporation and condensing of refrigerants such as ammonia, as well as chemical and general process duties involving aggressive liquids that would attack conventional gaskets.

FULLY WELDED TYPE

The fully welded PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER ensures that different media are safely kept separate- even when higher pressures and temperatures are applied. This means that there is a wider range of possible applications than where the gasketed plate heat exchangers can be applied.

Its compact design allows a heating surface density of 250 m²/m³. The special construction of the flow pattern ensures that the heat transfer for gases as well as for liquids is extremely enhanced.
