Twinro Two Screw Pumps

The Twinro 2 screw pump is a heavy duty, fixed flow transfer unit. It is available in either Iron, Steel or Stainless Steel constructions to suit a variety of duties. The design of the screwset means the screws intermesh without metalic contact, making the pump suitable for non-lubricating duties. The pump is available in two configurations:

Outboard bearing pumps suitable for non-lubricating liquids, such as Petroleum Liquids, Palm Oils, Fatty Acids and Water Emulsions.

Inboard bearing pumps suitable for lubricating liquids, such as Lube Oils, and clean Fuel Oils.

API 676 AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Plenty Twinro pumps can be supplied in accordance with the requirements of API 676. Other international pump standards or clients specifications can be accommodated.

TRIRO Three Screw Pump - Marine

 Plenty Mirrlees TRIRO pumps have for many years successfully served the marketplace in pumping the Heavy Fuel Oils that powered the world’s shipping. With the requirements to use fuels that have an extremely low sulphur content, the marine gas oils of tomorrow have brought considerable challenges to pump manufacturers.

Plenty Triro Pumps, have, after extensive research and development, been installed on vessels belonging to the major shipping companies of the world. Our Marine TRIRO Pump, not only handles the low viscosities of the industrys current fuels DMA, DMB & DMX but is built and tested to operate with sulphur contents as low as the requirements demand in a future generation of fuel.

TRIRO Three Screw Pump - T-Range

The T-range is designed as a low cost general industrial pump for clean liquids. It is constructed in high grade cast iron and features mechanical seal and integral relief valve as standard.

Smaller T-range pumps are generally available ex stock with the larger units available on very short lead times.

Free standing, horizontal, vertical and tank top mounted units are available, close coupled to electric motors.

UNITIZATION

Pumps can be supplied bareshaft or assembled with the driver in various arrangements including vertical tanktop, pedestal and baseplate options, with spacer or non-spacer couplings and non spark guards.

The E-range is designed for medium pressure high flow applications on clean liquids. It is constructed with a renewable sleeve and fabricated steel casing and features mechanical seal and optional integral relief valve as standard. Custom casing designs can be accommodated to meet client dimensions and specifications.

API 676 AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Triro E-range can be supplied in accordance with the requirements of API 676. Other international pump standards or clients specifications can be accomodated.

TURBOMECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Triro E-range can be supplied to meet most turbomechanical specifications and applications including API 614 and API 610 (where relevant to P.D. Pumps).

The H-range is designed for high pressure applications on clean liquids. It is constructed with a renewable sleeve and either cast or fabricated steel casing and features mechanical seal and optional intergral relief valve as standard. Custom casing designs can be accomodated to meet client dimensions and specifications.

API 676 AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Triro H-range can be supplied in accordance with the requirements of API 676. Other international pump standards or clients specifications can be accomodated.

 

TRIRO Three Screw Pump - C6000 Range

Plenty Mirrlees have extended the range and versatility of the C6000 series triple screw pump to offer more flow selections, higher pressure capability, more configurations and additional mounting options. The type 7 insert has been re-designed to form a pump in its own right, without the need for an additional casing, primarily for direct machine mounting and tank top versions. The type 7 insert retains dimensional interchangeability with its predecessors, the types 5 and 6 in respect of the critical dimensions for mounting in new and already installed C6000 series pump casings.

The type 7 offers a much improved and extended range yet retains all the interchangeability required for servicing the existing pump population.

Sugar Pump - Magmo Series

The current design includes the best features from previous pumps and successfully deals with the problems common to pumping liquids such as massecuite.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

An elliptical shaped rotor rotates in a cylindrical housing, and carries round with it chambers of fluid. A hinged sealing arm, which follows the surface of the rotor, scrapes off the liquid and directs it up to the discharge port. As the chamber returns to the suction port it is re-filled by further liquid flowing in.

BEARING AND SEALING ARRANGEMENT

The bearing and sealing arrangement has been designed to deal with the wear and leakage problems associated with high viscosity abrasive duties. The bearing bushes are divided into an inner and outer portion.

Rotary Vane Pump - U2000 Series

The U2000 rotary vane pump is specifically designed for systems or processes where infinitely variable flow from 0-100% of the rated pumps capacity is required. The U2000 achieves this with a variety of Control Types, without the need for speed variation devices, bypass lines/loops or control valves. Our patented Constant Pressure Control (CPC) pump will operate against a closed valve.

Fixed Flow Belt-driven Rotary Vane Pump - P2000 Series

The P2000 rotary pump is specifically designed for space constrained installations, or where a simpler belt-driven design is preferred. The P2000 rotary pump is available in two different designs:

  • Inboard roller bearing configuration with single mechanical sealing for duties involving lubricating liquids, such as Fuel Oils, Vegetable Oils, Lube Oils, and Additives.
  • Inboard plain bearing configuration with gland packing for duties involving non-lubricating liquids, such as Molasses, Resins, and Polymers.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE

The P2000 range requires no special tools for ease of maintenance. The belt drive and seal area assembly is easily adjusted and removed.

ProCam Diaphragm Metering Pump

It is available in a variety of materials to suit various fluid types. The G2000 series has a built-in full flow relief valve for pump protection, as standard.
