Gabbioneta AHP AHP-DS BB3 Type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

The AHP and AHP-DS range Gabbioneta Pumps® are heavy duty process multistage pumps, horizontal, between bearings, volute type pumps, with axial split casing that allow easy internal inspectability and maintenance and single or double entry 1st stage impeller. Opposed impellers configuration allow to minimise axial thrust.

The Gabbioneta AHPB pump series is built to reliably minimize axial and radial hydraulic thrust in high-temperature environments while resisting corrosion.

The AHPB, AHPB-DS Gabbioneta Pumps® are heavy duty double casing, multistage, radial split, with single or double 1st stage impeller pumps.

Gabbioneta AXD AXDD BB1 type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

Gabbioneta AXD/AXDD pumps offer easy maintenance and proven reliability for the tough conditions found in refineries and petrochemical plants.

The AXD-AXDD range Gabbioneta Pumps® are heavy duty horizontal, between bearings axial split casing pumps with single or double suction first stage impeller and, for AXDD, a second single suction impeller, with suction and discharge nozzles, integrally cast with the casing, arranged in in-line configuration.

The DH-DDH range Gabbioneta Pumps® are heavy duty horizontal, between bearings two stages pumps with radial split casing.

Two single suction back to back impellers for DH or a double suction first stage impeller, plus a second stage with bilancing drum for DDH, assure adequate axial thrust balance and allow to accept any type of balanced mechanical seals, in accordance with API 682 Stdandard.

The VD and VLD Gabbioneta Pumps® are vertical multistage, volute type, heavy duty process pumps, available in double- casing or wet pit configuration.

Double suction 1st stage impeller permits to meet low NPSH requirements, while the closed type impeller with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes minimizes the axial thrust.

Labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers maximize protection against dirt and pump shaft, in one or two pieces, is fully machined to respect the more restrictive run-out API limits.

Gabbioneta VI VS4 type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

Gabbioneta VI are VS4 robust process pumps specifically designed to minimise overall dimensions

The VI Gabbioneta Pumps® are vertical, single stage heavy duty process pumps, with side discharge. VI pumps have closed type impeller with front and rear rings as well as balancing holes, to minimise the axial thrust, and large eye to meet low NPSH requirements.

Pump shaft is fully machined to respect the most restrictive run-out API requirements, labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers allow to maximize protection against dirt and discharge column mounted with a sliding fit through the sole plate accounts for thermal expansions.
